WHAT IS LIFE COACHING ?

Life Coaching is a term used very loosely in todays modern age, many refer to it as a way to be successful in their careers, others associate it with increasing ones self confidence, or enhancing their relationships. However for us Life Coaching takes on a whole new meaning, combining all aspects of ones Life to help discover Purpose, Fulfilment, and Achievement across all aspects, whether it be "career, relationships, self awareness and acceptance". Life coaching combines all these aspects through a 1 on 1 intimate setting where goals, ambitions, fears and emotions are all related in the capacity in how they assist us in uncovering our potential and purpose in the most efficient way possible to make ultimate use of the most important thing given to us every day " TIME". Through this setting I explore your most powerful ambitions and current surroundings to leave you empowered with a clear, precise understanding on the gears that turn, the levers that pull and the connection we have that drives the very machine gifted to us to fulfil all that is possible. Discover your purpose, find fulfillment in the process and enjoy the greatest gift that has been given to us " LIFE "

WHAT WILL MY FIRST SESSION BE LIKE?

The First Session is usually 60 to 90 minutes long. The very first session will be spent ensuring that Coaching is the proper and most suitable approach for you and that you are comfortable with it. I will enquire about your personal history and life experiences, your current situation and the desires and goals that you have coming into the session and what you are looking to achieve from our time together. If you're worried or anxious, I will take the time to enquire about how it may be affecting your family, career, and social life so that we can have an understanding on how these emotions can impact our goals and the avenues that are available to us to re-program the way that we perceive and respond to the very things that at times may debilitate us. l also enquire about incidents that may be related to your difficulties, therapies you've received, and clear outcomes from the sessions that you partake in.

If Coaching appears to be a good fit, I will explain what to expect from the process, as well as a detailed plan to initiate you into undertaking the first steps needed to build confidence, provide clarity and to remain consistent and accountable in achieving all that is discussed. I will if necessary suggest alternate health treatments that may be appropriate in assisting in the achievement of the Goals discussed by you in the sessions that we partake in.

WHAT ARE FUTURE SESSIONS LIKE ?

After the introductory evaluation period, We will begin working along together to break down issues into their partitioned parts. To assist with this, I may advise to inquire you to keep a journal or type in down your thoughts and ambitions to assist in tailoring precise outcomes needed to increase confidence and fulfilment. We will dissect your contemplations, sentiments and practices to work out on the off chance that they're unlikely or unhelpful and to decide the impact they have on each other and on you. I will be able to assist you work out how to alter unhelpful considerations and behaviours so that everyday situations are microscopical to the achievements made throughout the future. After working out what you'll be able alter, I will  continue to inquire you to practise these changes in your everyday life. This may involve: questioning disquieting considerations and supplanting them with more helpful ones recognising when you're reaching to do something that  may inhibit your process that a deep sense of self awareness is established to make sure that future decisions are in alignment to the Goals and Outcomes we are aiming to achieve for You together. You may be inquired to do a few "homework" between sessions to assist with this prepare i.e, Journaling, Goal Setting, Self Awareness Practices.
